Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
  1. Design and engineering of building lighting, power, fire detection, alarm & evacuation as well as energy conservation and sustainability.
  2. Perform studies to evaluate the cost-effectiveness of design alternatives, and recommend alternatives for implementation.
  3. Develop designs for a wide variety of projects like commercial, hospitality, institutional, municipal, industrial facilities etc.
  4. Prepare design related calculations like load calculation voltage drop, fault level, earthing calculation etc as per codes & standards.
  5. Develop design report, technical specifications, BOQ, value engineering report etc.
  6. Verify compliance with applicable local & international codes and engineering standards / practices.
  7. Perform condition assessments, site visits, and construction inspections as needed.
  8. Coordinate within the team and other in-house engineering disciplines as needed.
  9. Front ending with client, consultants and contractors.
  10. Project & team management, scheduling & man power planning.
Qualification & Technical Knowledge
  1. Minimum Education: B.Tech in Electrical Engineering
  2. Technical Knowledge: Basic knowledge of ArchiCAD, BIM 360 Design, Microsoft Office & Navis

Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
  1. Hands on experience in Auto CAD for Plumbing & Firefighting Services for the respective project stages (CD/SD/DD/GFC)
  2. Must have good understanding of MEP Design development
  3. A working knowledge of AutoCAD on latest version and Microsoft office.
  4. To prepare XREF for preparing Services Drawings.
  5. Identify and notify potential discrepancies in GFC & Tender drawings
  6. Maintenance and proper utilization of company/project standards, templates and content.
  7. Experience in modelling of Commercial & Residential Buildings
  8. Clean up and synchronize drawings on a daily basis
  9. Must have basic knowledge in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  10. HVAC & ELECTRICAL basic knowledge will be an add on
Qualification & Technical Knowledge
  1. Education: Diploma / BE/ B.Tech in (Mechanical / Civil / Chemical Engineering)
  2. Technical Knowledge:
    1. Expert knowledge of Auto CAD, BIM 360 Design
    2. At least 5 to 7 years’ experience in P&F draughting
    3. Ability to read and understand complex design and construction drawings with minimal assistance and oversight.

Position Sr Design Engineer - Plumbing & Fire

Job Description
Brief Job Description & Requirement
  1. Engineering services design shall includes for various projects i.e. commercial, mixed use, hospitality, residential, high rise & institutional etc.
  2. Internal plumbing system include water supply, soil, waste & venting, rain water downtakes & disposal systems based on rainfall intensity, basement drainage, subsoil drainage.
  3. External plumbing system include external water supply system design, external sewerage system and design of septic tank design / sewage treatment plants, storm water drainage system & design calculation and rain water harvesting design.
  4. Hydraulic design calculation for water supply, sewerage and storm water system through excel sheet.
  5. Project study for different alternatives system along with techno-commercial benefits into project design brief and recommendation among alternatives.
  6. Sewage treatment system (STP) hydraulic design calculations, layout plan & sections, relevant detail preparation & tender documents.
  7. Water treatment system (WTP) design calculation based on available water analysis report.
  8. Hot water system includes solar panel, HWG, Steam boiler and heat pump etc.
  9. Swimming pool and water feature design, including filtration design, tender documents, BOQ etc.
  10. HSD & Gas supply system design including design calculations and drawings.
  11. Fire Fighting system design including sprinkler, hydrants, water curtain, fire extinguishers and gas suppression system.
  12. Preparation of design basis report, technical specifications, BOQ, cost estimates, services budget, value engineering report and peer review report.
  13. Design shall be in compliance with applicable local & international codes and engineering standards / practices.
  14. Witnessing of testing and commissioning of plumbing and fire fighting systems.
  15. Co-ordination for MEP services design within team and other consultants.
  16. Project & team management, quality check for all deliverables, scheduling as per manhours / budget.
Qualification & Technical Knowledge
  1. Min Educational Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech (Civil / Mechanical / Chemical Engineering).
  2. Technical Knowledge: Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Auto CAD and services related software.
